We recommend our customers have their BBQ cleaned quarterly, twice a year, or yearly. The frequency depends on how often you use it.

If you live in colder climates and store away your BBQ, we recommend having it cleaned prior to storage. A BBQ can double as a warm buffet for rats and other rodents if it is not being used.

There is nothing you need to do to prepare for us. When we arrive, we will ask for you to introduce us to the BBQ and let us know of any concerns you may have.
